1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Fjelt Studios website and services. By booking a call, signing an order, or using the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.
2. The service
Fjelt provides done-for-you lead generation: sourcing, verifying, and delivering call-ready leads to your pipeline according to the plan you select. Specific deliverables, lead caps, and pricing are set out in your chosen plan and order.
3. Fees and billing
- Setup fees are one-time and billed at the start of the engagement.
- Monthly fees are billed month-to-month in advance.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future monthly billing and is not retroactive.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for contacting the leads we deliver, complying with applicable marketing and outreach laws in your outreach, and providing accurate information about your offer and ICP.
5. Lead quality
We verify each contact before delivery. If a delivered lead does not meet the agreed verification standard, we will replace it at no additional cost. We do not guarantee specific sales outcomes, as closing depends on your offer and process.
6. Intellectual property
All website content, branding, and systems remain the property of Fjelt Studios. Data we deliver to you under an active plan is yours to use for your own outreach.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
